"No heat in the room. Hot water too hot and hard to control. Resturant very drab. No elevator to the 500 nos. rooms. How can this be in this time of consideration for handicaps? O.B. from Amherst, MA"

"Great location when flying in and out of Shannon Airport. Easy walk to terminal and car rentals from hotel. Expensive, but not out of line with most hotels in Ireland. The "Executive" rooms are very nice and pretty large by Irish standards. Also has a very nice Pub within the hotel."
